We are currently aware of an issue related to quests for Warped Events. During these events, only four of the five quests required to advance to the next rank are properly registered as completed which prevents players from progressing to Rank 2 and beyond.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue. Unfortunately, there is nothing our Support team can do at this time to help, but we will gladly assist you with any other bugs you may be experiencing. Our development team will be investigating this issue further, and we hope that a fix can be released in the future. Please keep an eye out for a game update via the App Store or Play Store. Once we have released a fix addressing this bug, we will post an announcement in this help center as well.
