How do I load a previously saved game? (Google)

NOTE: If you want to load a game save from a version before v2.96 - one that used the previous Facebook save - please see the article called "How do I load a previously saved game? (Facebook)."

1. Go to the settings menu by clicking on the menu button at the top left of your game screen. If you don’t see ‘save’ and ‘load’ icons, click on the ‘gear’ icon at the bottom of the menu screen.

2. From the settings menu, choose the ‘Load’ option.

3. If you are not yet connected to Google, you will receive a prompt asking you to sign into Google. (For more information, see the article called "How do I log into Google?")

4. If you are connected, you will be asked to confirm that you want to load the saved game.

• Tap “Load from Cloud” to continue. Remember, if you do this, you cannot get your current game back again. 
• Press the red “X” button to cancel and not load the saved game.

NOTE: the currency displayed on this load screen is your lifetime currency, not your current currency.

5. As a precaution, the game will ask you to verify that you want to overwrite your existing game.

• Tap “Yes” to continue. Remember, if you do this, you cannot get your current game back again. 
• Press the red “X” button to cancel and not load the saved game.

6. Your saved game will now replace your current game. You will need to close and restart Taps to Riches for the saved game to take effect.

• Press “Okay” to continue.
