I get a “Problem Loading Save Header” error

This could be caused by one of two things. Either....

• You’re trying to load an old game save from Facebook. We’ll need to help you with that. Just get in contact with us. (See the article called "How do I load a previously saved game? (Facebook)")
• More likely, this is a timing issue that can happen if you attempt to load before a save has been performed. Logging out of Google (in the game), restart the game, and log back in again (in the game) and it should work.
